Enrollment Events Slated in July for Alta Early Head Start and Alta Head Start

If you’re the parent of a child 6 weeks–3 years old, or of a child 3–5 years old, you may enroll him or her in Alta Early Head Start or Alta Head Start at special enrollment events to be held in July.

Here are the dates and locations* for these special events:

Tuesday, July 18	9 am–4 pm		Renaissance Learning Center
Thursday, July 20	9 am–4 pm		McCartney Learning Center
Tuesday, July 25	9 am–4 pm		Westchester Learning Center
Monday, July 31	10 am–7 pm		Renaissance Learning Center

 

There will be fun activities for children who accompany their parents, including snacks, raffles and vendors.

Limited enrollment is available in Alta Early Head Start for children 6 weeks to 3 years old. Children 3 years to 5 years old can be enrolled in Alta Head Start. Children with disabilities are accepted into these programs, and limited transportation is provided.

You must bring the following required information in order to enroll your child:

1. Proof of birth
2. Proof of income
3. Proof of residency

No child will be excluded from the Head Start program because of race, color, religion, sex, national origin or special needs condition. No fee is charged for Head Start/Early Head Start services.
